Discovery District Maryland is home to two different coworking spaces: WeWork and Venture X. It happens that Discovery District Maryland is home to the first WeWork in the state of Maryland, as well as the first on a college campus. 

WeWork UMD offers memberships for drop in “hot desks” as well as secure private offices at flexible lease terms. Exact availability of hot desks and private offices within WeWork may vary.

Venture X College Park was intentionally established to support innovation, entrepreneurship, research partnerships, and the continued economic growth of Prince George’s County.

A Conference room in the College Park WeWork space. Clean dry erase boards, a TV screen and some office plants decorate the space along with the table and brown leather chairs. Common Area in the WeWork at College park with couches, modern style reading chairs, and open shelves of books, magazines, and other publications. Green office plants also decorate the space Outdoor patio space at WeWork in College Park with some cushioned bench, and individual seating
